Meditation is a key tool towards developing your self-awareness and taking back control of your mind and your life.

I invite you to join me and others in an online group where I introduce you to some key concepts and education around self-awareness and inner growth, as well as guiding through the meditation.

Even though there are tons of benefits to meditation, including reduced stress levels, improved focus and better sleep to name a few, I recognize that it can definitely be a hard activity to engage in, especially at the start, so I provide the space and time for this group to be used as a weekly anchor for you to build your own meditation practice around it.
