Our seven main chakras (as detailed below) represent the energy centers that hold space for diffierent levels of consciousness and the experiences we can have within our lives.
From the moment we are born we are building beliefs and stories about ourselves, about who we are, our place in the world, and relationship to others and to the world.
As we develop, both personally and spiritually, we outgrow these old limiting patterns, so our chakras can become blocked and this stops our energy from flowing freely around our system, and keeps our vibration low.
Our energy flow and frequency has a direct impact upon all areas of our lives, our health and wellbeing, our relationships, our work, career and finances, as well as our growth and fulfillment.
THE ENERGY EXPANSION CODES
To support us in this work, we draw upon uniquely created Energy Expansion Codes, each having their own step by step instructions, that help release your old limiting beliefs and fears, and allow your energy to flow again.
Once we've dug into the core of the resistance and blocks you've been struggling with through an in-depth assessment, I will intuitively select the codes we will work with for the session.
The codes work to activate a specifc frequency, or combination or frequencies, that allows for the stuck energy to be released.
I will guide you through the simple to follow yet powerful process, that will do its work to open you up to experience the deeper levels of self-awareness, joy, purpose and potential that may have previously been blocked within your system.

I'm a Self-Discovery Coach (ICF), Energy Worker and Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP).
I've trained with the Neuro-Leadership Institute, The Lighthouse and The Natural Success Academy, amongst others. I'm also qualified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, NLP. Hypnotherapy and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy).
